Simple command-line tool for creating 32-bit windows icons (ICO files) supported by Windows XP and greater.

If you're a developer, you've probably discovered how difficult it is to generate 32-bit icons for your projects. This program allows you to take a PNG file and generate great looking icons from it.

quetzal <input> <output> [-s48 <input>] [-s32 <input>] [-s24 <input>] [-s16 <input>]

input        - 256x256 PNG file name
output       - Desired ICO file name
-s48 <input> - Specify PNG for 48x48 icon size
-s32 <input> - Specify PNG for 32x32 icon size
-s24 <input> - Specify PNG for 24x24 icon size
-s16 <input> - Specify PNG for 16x16 icon size
